Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are decorated in a modern style, extremely comfortable, and well-appointed. The bathrooms and walk-in closets were very fancy, just as described. It was perfectly quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff always asking when I would return to the Savoy and being really nice at the reception. The location is fantastic, with kind staff in every area and excellent recommendations from the concierge Alessandro. The dining experience was superb, offering a wide selection of continental choices beautifully displayed. Two negative aspects were the slow service and the price being a bit high compared to other options.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were classic and understated, decorated in earthy neutral tones, providing a lovely suite for our family gatherings. However, the room size was quite small. The service was impeccable, arranging everything from rental cars to train tickets, and the staff was gracious and thoughtful throughout. The location was unbeatable, right on the Piazza della Repubblica, close to the Duomo and other attractions in Florence. The dining experience was pleasant with a buffet offering a wide range of options. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel nails it with a prime location in the heart of Florence, steps away from major attractions and shopping spots. The rooms are impeccably designed with lovely bathrooms, albeit on the cozier side. The service is top-notch, making you feel like a VIP, and the dining is exceptional bringing a wide array of high-quality dishes right to your table. A few tweaks could enhance the overall experience, but it's definitely a go-to place in Florence.
The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Florence, close to major attractions and dining options. The rooms are lovely and well-kept, although not all have views of the square. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff and a range of convenient amenities. The location is a major highlight, offering easy access to the best of Florence's historical center.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The location is fabulous, right next to the Piazza Della Republica, making it convenient to explore Florence. The room overlooking the square was spacious and beautifully appointed, though some staff members seemed disinterested. Despite some minor flaws, the overall experience was wonderful.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although small and near the recycling bins causing noise, had comfy beds. The service was accommodating but seemed more interested in promoting the hotel restaurant. The location was convenient, right in the city center, and the dining options were satisfactory despite some timing issues. Overall, a decent stay but with a few drawbacks to consider.
